**As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate sales and achieve sales targets for our women's ethnic clothing and accessories line**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Keep track of sales data and prepare regular reports to present to the management.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice and recommendations to customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using various sales software and tools.
- Understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior.

**Salary and Benefits**:
The salary for this position will be based on commission, meaning the Sales Representative will receive a percentage of the sales they generate. The commission structure will be explained during the interview process. Additionally, the Sales Representative will be eligible for various rewards and bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
