**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Pitch residential and commercial property options or financial services such as home loans, real estate investment plans, or mortgage solutions.
- Answer client queries regarding pricing, site visits, legal formalities, and loan eligibility.
- Schedule appointments or site visits with the sales team or property consultants.
- Maintain a database of client information and follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication skills in [languages spoken in your region, e.g., English, Hindi, Punjabi, etc.].
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in real estate or financial product sales.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of local real estate market or loan products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,054.22 - ₹18,000.00 per month
