GREY SIM LEARNINGS FOUNDATION (GSLF) is a Bangalore-based section 8 company with 80G, 12 AA, FCRA, and Darpan registration. Since its inception in December 2013, GSLF has been doing impactful work in the space of education, livelihood, and life skills. GSLF is focused on developing industry-responsive and relevant vocational skills to enhance the employability and productivity of youth, capacity building of vocational trainers, providing a fun-filled environment for hands-on learning through STEM Labs, and organizing Ant-e-waste campaigns to create awareness about e-waste and hazards caused to the environment. GSLF also has a unique program under IndiaRescue.org for First Aid, Fire-fighting, Community Based Disaster Preparedness Training (CBDT), aiming to empower kids and youth through multiple training initiatives and ensure they get a level playing field in their life. **Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role as Location Incharge for our Bengaluru location in India. As Location Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, administration, finances, and resources at our location, and maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Ø Planning and execution of training & placement activities of work-integrated skill development training programmes in Bengaluru

Ø Managing a team of Counselors, Business Development Executives, Centre IT, Centre Administration, Accounts and Faculty.

Ø Regular reporting

Ø Maintain and upkeep the training facility Duties and responsibilities

Ø Develop in-depth understanding of various skill development courses run by the organization

Ø Establish connect with manufacturing/service industries for on-job-training tie ups related to work-integrated courses.

Ø Plan and schedule various mobilization activities (awareness session, door-to-door survey, etc.) to mobilise potential students as per required timelines and targets. Guide the mobilization staff and review the progress against target on daily basis.

Ø Preparation of weekly and monthly training calendar. Ensure the delivery of training as per plan and complete evaluation of trainees within timeline

Ø Guide the placement officers to develop database of potential companies / organizations for employment opportunities of trained students

Ø Plan and organize placement drives as per requirement for better employment of trained youth

Ø Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training

Ø Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training and placements as per pre-defined formats

Ø Collate and report the attendance of students and staff on daily basis

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership ability
- Experience in operations management, financial management, and resource allocation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of the education or non-profit sector is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
