Hiring for Customer Support (International Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.

Experience Required
- Minimum 1 Year into International Voice Process
- Customer Service

CTC for 1 Year Experience
- Up to 5.75 LPA + Incentives + Allowances
