**Job Title: Quality Control INCHARGE (Textile and Apparel)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inspection and Testing:

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, fabrics, and finished garments to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Perform various tests (e.g., color fastness, tensile strength, seam strength) to verify product quality.

2. Quality Standards Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions.

3. Production Monitoring:

- Monitor production processes to identify any defects or issues during manufacturing.
- Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality problems promptly.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.

5. Supplier Quality Management:

- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and address any quality-related issues.

6. Training and Development:

- Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality control techniques.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in têxtile engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control within the têxtile and apparel industry is highly desirable.

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of têxtile properties, testing methods, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).

3. Analytical Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

4. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and suppliers.

5. Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations if required.
