**Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in IT recruiting.

**Qualifications**:

- Have Bachelor's degree.
- **Minimum of 1 year of experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and placing IT professionals.**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology, particularly within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- **Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.**:

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and staffing in the United States.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
