**SL Operations Quality (M/F/d)**

**Your tasks**:

- Manages and supervises the Operation Quality team in his/her perimeter: WPA and Assemby Auditors and Team Leaders
- Supports Segment QRQC led by Production Shift Leaders
- Monitors and Achievement of Budget/Costs;
- Ensures management and archiving of documents and data Validation and optimization of quality standards;
- Validates quality documentation;
- Ensures the implementation of Control Plans;
- Plans validation of production equipments (Cutting, WPA and Assembly) by Operation Quality team (Team Leaders and Auditors)
- Plans and coordinates Product Audits performed by Operation Quality team (Team Leaders and Auditors)
- Plans and follows up realization of internal and external audits;
- Validates corrective actions and preventive actions and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions;
- Participate to the analysis and to the monitoring of action plans for customer satisfaction;
- Evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions of internal and external audits;
- Leads the 8D report actvities and answers to customer
- Participates to customer meetings and/or customer visits
- Has the authority to stop production lines and delivery of products in case of non-conformities (or potential non-conformities) and will release them after implementing correction actions (immediate, corrective and preventive);
- Decides and supervises all the sorting activities (sorting, Firewall) to protect the customer and ensure the follow-up of Quality Costs;
- Manages transversally the resolution of quality problems escalated by the production segments (and other segment) and/or detected by customers (Recurring incidents, Warranty return, Reds alerts) and ensures the transversalization of solutions across all production facilities;
- Reports Quality Results (KPI) to Operation Quality Manager;
- Updates risk assessment constantly during Development phases and secures that actions are identified, implemented to reduce the risks;
- Releases APQP and PPAP documentations together with project team;
- Checks that management of design change by D&D and Industr. Project (product, process, components, production transfer) respects quality standards during Serial Life (LEONI and customer);
- Follows up internal and external Deviations Approval

**Your skills**:

- Experience: Min 3 years
- Education Level : University Degree
- Language: English B1, German is a plus
