- **Additional Certifications**:

- **TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)**, **TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)**, **CELTA (Cambridge English Teaching Certificate)** for **IELTS coaching**.

**2. Experience & Expertise:For School Students (1st - 12th Grade)**
- **Primary Level (1st - 5th Grade)**:

- Strong foundation in **phonics, basic grammar, reading, and creative writing**.
- Use of **stories, poems, interactive activities, and visual aids** to build interest.
- Experience in handling **young learners** and making English fun.
- **Middle School (6th - 8th Grade)**:

- Expertise in **advanced grammar, reading comprehension, essay writing, and vocabulary building**.
- Focus on **spoken English, pronunciation, and fluency**.
- Ability to prepare students for **English Olympiads, Spell Bee, and debate competitions**.
- **High School (9th - 12th Grade)**:

- Strong command over **literary analysis, advanced writing skills, public speaking, and critical thinking**.
- Knowledge of **board exam preparation (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IGCSE/IB)**.
- Ability to teach **formal writing, report writing, creative essays, and speech delivery**.
- Familiarity with **competitive exams (SAT, TOEFL, and IELTS-related skills for students preparing for international studies).**

**For IELTS Coaching (Academic & General Training)**
- **In-depth knowledge** of IELTS test format (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Expertise in **training students for high band scores (7.0 & above)**.
- Ability to provide **personalized feedback on speaking and writing**.
- Experience in **mock tests, time management strategies, and exam techniques**.
- Understanding of **Cambridge English Language Assessment parameters**.
- Strong focus on **pronunciation, fluency, coherence, and lexical resource improvement**.

**3. Teaching Skills & Methodology**:

- Should be **student-focused** and adapt teaching methods based on **learning styles**.
- Use of **real-life examples, role-playing, storytelling, and discussions** to enhance language skills.
- Incorporation of **digital tools like language apps, smart boards, online quizzes, and interactive games**.
- Ability to **design customized lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises**.
