The PGT also needs to foster a love for literature and language while ensuring students develop strong communication and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning**:Develop and implement a well-structured English curriculum, create engaging lesson plans, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- **Instruction and Teaching**:Deliver effective and engaging lessons that cover grammar, vocabulary, literature, and various aspects of the English language.
- **Classroom Management**:Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods (assignments, tests, projects), provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.
- **Student Support**:Provide individualized support to struggling students, offer extra help, and guide students in developing their language skills.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintain open communication with parents, collaborate with other teachers and staff, and participate in school activities.
- **Professional Development**:Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and advancements in English literature and language.

Pay: ₹32,091.65 - ₹38,598.60 per month
