JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue targets and market

penetration goals.
- Identify and target key prospects and clients within the education, manufacturing, engineering, and

related industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique

requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the

knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to

ensure seamless customer experiences and effective communication.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business

opportunities and areas for growth
- Develop a sustainable sales pipeline through outbound initiatives like cold calling, networking, and

social media engagement.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting and lead to closure

EDUCATION : BE Mechanical is preferred or any graduate with MBA in Marketing is preferred

BUDGET : 30-40K / month
