**About the Role**:
We are seeking a data-driven and research-oriented **Intern** to support the **CEO** in gathering insights, preparing reports, and presenting key data to support decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about **data analysis, real estate trends**, and converting raw data into actionable insights through research and visualization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **data research** and gather relevant information related to the **real estate industry**, including market trends, pricing, demand-supply metrics, and more.
- Perform **data analysis** using Excel or relevant tools to derive meaningful insights from internal and external data sources.
- Create **dashboards, charts, and graphical presentations** to visually communicate data trends and patterns.
- Assist the CEO in preparing **presentations and executive-level reports** with clear insights and data-backed narratives.
- Perform **web scraping** and data gathering from public or third-party sources using manual or automated methods.
- Support in **competitor analysis, benchmarking**, and creating data-driven comparisons.
- Stay updated with real estate market developments, policy changes, and emerging data trends.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields**.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel** and/or **Google Sheets**; familiarity with **Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools** is a plus.
- Basic experience with **data scraping tools, APIs**, or Python (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data in a **simple, clear, and visual format**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in the **real estate sector** or willingness to learn its dynamics.

**Stipend**:
A performance based and industry-aligned stipend.
