Responsibilities: - Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or illnesses. - Administer medications as per Dr advice - Maintain detailed records of occupational injuries and illnesses for compliance and reporting purposes. - Maintain confidential health records for all employees. - Organize wellness programs. - Assist in conducting awareness sessions - Identify workplace hazards during inspections - Maintain readiness of emergency medical equipment and supplies - Provide counselling for employees experiencing workplace stress - Support employees returning to work after illness or injury - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including the Indian Factories Act, 1948, TNFR,1950. - Conduct regular training sessions on the use of PPE, hygiene practices, and workplace safety - Work closely with occupational physician, safety officers, and HR. - Work with the safety team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Maintain stock of medical supplies and ensure timely procurement. - Regularly check and calibrate medical equipment. - Data entry, file management, and office supply management. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking. - Plan and coordinated events, meetings, and conferences. - Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. - Produce reports, presentations and briefs. - Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. - Housekeeping, Transport, and Canteen & Pantry services. - Monitoring proper functioning of cleaning equipment and its maintenance. - Support for Statutory compliance on time submission and record keeping. - Coordination of Administrative Event. - Managing Stationery Activities. Qualification: Diploma or degree in Nursing (B.Sc.
