**Role Description**

You will be part of Cross asset Derviative Confirmations team, the team aims to process daily confirmations and related activities either manually or by using documentation tool called Thunderhead. The core functions covered within the team is to draft and dispatch the Legal confirmations to the clients, and help in execution of the Legal confirmations in a timely and efficient manner. The team is required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and business strategy.

Other responsibilities include cross -training, succession planning, Preparation of Management reports and contributing to departmental initiatives, and working with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities on a regular basis within the given timelines.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Building and maintenance of high-quality Thunderhead templates.
- Knowledge of Thunderhead advanced template designer tool.
- Knowledge of data mapping (business objects), variable logic, templates, stylesets, layout, creation of simple scriptable batch config, etc
- Work closely with inter-department team to improve confirmation timeliness to meet regulatory timelines.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, challenging current procedures and suggesting enhancement as appropriate in order to improve the efficiency and STP rate
- Stakeholders’ interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Performing UAT testing for all the changes initiated by the team or by internal stakeholders
- Active involvement in working groups by gathering feedback from end users and providing input to the business on enhancement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills would be required to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Drive project initiatives to increase efficiency
- Solid knowledge of MS office tools such as Word, Excel, PPT
- MIS Reporting and performing analysis on template breaks
- Detailed oriented, adaptable to changes in the work environment while maintaining strong teamwork and project ownership.

**Your skills and experience**
- Graduate preferably in Commerce
- 8 years of experience in a Thunderhead Template creation role is preferable and exposure of IB operations and knowledge of derivative is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of ISDA confirmation template framework, Knowledge of the recent ISDA, Regulatory rules and & confirmation timeliness affecting OTC Derivatives.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent with English, both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment,
- Eye for detail, ability to multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
