Job Description: E-Commerce logistics & Customer Support Specialist (Women’s clothing brand)

Location: Ghitorni, South Delhi (Walking distance from Metro)

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in fashion and apparel. Our focus is on providing high-quality garments and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ghitorni, South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Management: Confirm orders, manage timely production, coordinate dispatch, and track transit through Shiprocket and other courier services. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and reach customers on time.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process for garments, ensuring that all products meet our standards. Work with the production team to resolve any issues related to product quality.

Qualifications:

- Experience in E-Commerce: Previous experience in e-commerce order management or customer support, ideally in the fashion and apparel sector.
- Knowledge of Fashion & Garment Production: Understanding of garment quality control and production processes is required.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach to solving problems and handling customer queries.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management tools, and common customer support software.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
