**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor bid progress, ensuring timely progression and adherence to internal governance.
- Provide administrative support to streamline time tracking and ensure accurate monitoring of bid-related activities across teams.
- Assist in managing the bid library and templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Track and report on KPIs such as compliance, bid outcomes, successes, and lessons learned.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting activities.
- Perform quality control checks on proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a support or administrative role (experience in bid management or sales is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Total Experience Expected: 03-05 years

**Qualifications**
Graduate or Post Graduate preferably from Engineering or Management background
