**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary.
- Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards.
- Treat patients with movement disorders that were acquired through injury or have been present since birth.
- Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Curate week long rehabilitation plans as per patients’ needs.
- Conduct group sessions for patients after assessing their pain areas.
- Record and document patient care services.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Degree level education or higher in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in core clinical areas, with a specific interest and knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and rehabilitation options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of musculoskeletal specialist area, multidisciplinary assessment, and ability to maintain clinical competence required for the role.
- Demonstrate confident telephone skills using effective listening and empathy with employees and stakeholders.
