Roles and Responsibilities:

- Establishing quality methods and procedures.**Thorough Knowledge and Exposure of Machine Shop - Quality - Especially in Automobile (Drum And Discs - Hyundai - Style)**
- Responsible of Customer and internal audit. ISO, OHSAS, EMS, VDA, PPAP.
- Conduct review meetings for Non-conformance handling, 8D, CAPA and PFMEA review.
- Responsible for New product validation and first article inspection.
- Core committee member of NPI Feasibility study and provide inputs to R&D and Process Engineering.
- Member of best practice team and represent plant level best practices across globe.
- Plant Quality coordinator for new product introduction.
- Equipment uptime, spares management and OEM coordination.
- In-house calibration.
- Supplier development and validation.
- Coach and develop quality personal.
- MIS reporting - Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Coordination with cross functional team.
- Perform Product and Process audit.
- Perform Measurement system analysis.
- Continuous improvement and best practices implementation.
- Root cause analysis, containment and permanent action.
- CTQ monitoring thru SPC and analysis, Escalate and Improve.
