**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Bavla, Ahmedabad

**Salary**: 25000 to 35000 Per Month(Depends On Interview)

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:2 to 5 years** of proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably with **SAP B1**.

**1.** Utilise **SAP B1 software** to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

**2.** Perform routine financial transactions, such as recording invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments, and ensure proper coding and classification of all financial data.

**3.** Prepare and process journal entries, adjusting entries, and month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**4.** Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, using **SAP B1 software.**

**5.** Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial data and insights.

**6.** Assist in preparation of financial performance, briefly highlighting variances and identifying areas for improvement.

**7.** Support in periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

**8.**Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance team members and various
departments to provide accurate and timely financial information and support
decision-making.

**9.** Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

**10.**Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP B1 software to leverage its capabilities effectively.
