**Job Description: Tamil Teacher for Middle School**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach Tamil language, literature, and culture to middle school students
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage students' participation and interest in the Tamil language
- Prepare classroom materials and resources
- Communicate with parents and guardians about students' progress and needs
- Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
- Support students with different learning needs and styles

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Tamil Language or Literature
- Teaching certification or license (preferred)
- 2-3 years of teaching experience in a middle school setting
- Proficiency in Tamil language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with middle school curriculum and educational standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Basic knowledge of educational technology tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
