**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver well-structured Tamil lessons to students from Grades 1 to 5 (Primary level).
- Create engaging lesson plans that develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Tamil.
- Integrate cultural elements such as Tamil literature, festivals, proverbs, and stories to enhance learning.
- Use activity-based learning and interactive teaching tools to make language learning enjoyable.
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Participate actively in school functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure alignment with the school’s academic framework (CBSE or integrated curriculum).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
