**Job description**

We are looking of a Network Administrator for a Manufacturing Company located in Mohali ( Punjab)

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain network devices and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyse threat logs from the PaloAlto firewall and modify security policies to prevent unauthorised network access.
- Regularly monitor the antivirus server console to ensure endpoints are secure and up to date.
- Analyse network and system requirements to design and implement appropriate solutions.
- Install and maintain network servers, operating systems, and ensure backup of critical files.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and other devices to meet network requirements.
- Provide technical support to staff and system users, troubleshooting system and server errors as needed.
- Manage Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and domain controller maintenance.
- Implement and manage storage solutions to ensure data availability and efficient storage utilization.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches, including static and dynamic routing.
- Oversee user account management, including creating, disabling, moving, and deleting accounts, managing group memberships, and more.
- Create and maintain a CCTV deployment plan for enhanced security.
- Implement URL filtering, NAT, port management, access rules, routing, and failover solutions.
- Configure Nexbro VOIP extensions and provide ongoing support for site systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Minimum experience 1-2 year.

Location: Mohali ( Punjab)
- Must have complete knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Preferred: CCNA certification.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience in configuring and managing Cisco routers and switches.
- Proven expertise in security policy management and threat prevention.
- Hands-on experience with backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and storage solutions.
- Ability to manage user accounts and licenses within Office 365 Admin Center.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Mohali ( Punjab)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
