Job Description: We are looking for a site Supervisors and coordinate day-to-day operations for an Interior and civil work projects. The role and responsibilities are as follows:

- Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
- Overseeing work execution.
- Handling multi workers for task.
- Assigning task for workers.
- Monitoring project progress.
- Should demonstrate teamwork. Leadership.
- Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts).
- Excellent organizational skills. Analytical thinking.
- Problem solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers.
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
- Helping project to plan to finish the the weekly work program.
- Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Completing records for site reports.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
