**Job Summary**:
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff to generate prescriptions and increase product awareness. The role requires regular field visits, strong product knowledge, and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets and expand the company's presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals regularly to promote assigned products.
- Present product information clearly and ethically to generate prescriptions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Distribute product samples, marketing materials, and promotional items.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market trends.
- Submit daily call reports, sales updates, and feedback to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper coordination with stockists, chemists, and hospitals.
- Attend training sessions, conferences, and medical seminars organized by the company.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies during all promotional activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales (0-2 years preferred, but freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
