**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into actionable event plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor selection, budgeting, and on-site management.
- Develop creative concepts and event themes that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure consistent execution of events.
- Monitor event timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze event outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for client upsell or cross-sell based on client needs and event outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the quality and effectiveness of events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in event management, client servicing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required for events.
