We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Automation Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of test automation, from design and development to execution and maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by automating critical test cases and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other testers to define automation requirements and identify areas for automation
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
- Continuously improve the test automation framework by refactoring code, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing new tools and techniques
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior testers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in test automation

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Experience with a variety of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Java, Python, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

**Salary**: ₹320,958.93 - ₹1,446,325.36 per year
