**Role & Responsibilities**:
**SEO Optimization**:

- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and metadata for maximum visibility.
- Monitor YouTube analytics to assess video performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in YouTube's algorithm and SEO strategies.
- **YouTube Strategy & Growth**:

- Develop strategies to increase channel growth, views, and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to produce optimized video content.
- Create and implement YouTube campaigns to promote videos and attract new subscribers.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design custom graphics for YouTube thumbnails, banners, and other visuals to enhance branding and viewer engagement.
- Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing designs that align with the brand’s image.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in YouTube SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to analyze YouTube performance and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
