**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
- Build relationships with corporate partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Promote company’s services, including MSME support, startup assistance, and financial programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Organize events, workshops, and networking programs.
- Strengthen brand presence through marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze business development performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service sector.
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in fundraising, sponsorships, or revenue generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or experience in accounts will be an added advantage
