As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- **Identify and Prospect**: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory or industry segment.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product/service information, and offering solutions that address their specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the company and clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product value propositions to clients and prospects.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Articulate product/service benefits and address objections to close sales.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software. Prioritize efforts to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and achieve revenue goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in [industry/niche] or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resourceful approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
