About This Role:
The Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) Associate is a member of the finance global shared services team, reporting to the team lead. This role processes vendor invoices and T&E reports and assists with payments using Concur and PeopleSoft.

Job Description:
- Unassigned invoices: Review, code, and assign invoices in Concur daily.- Invoice approval: Ensure that all invoices are reviewed in Concur and are correctly coded, including correct coding for prepaid, fixed assets, etc., per the company policy.- Reconcile invoices from Concur to PeopleSoft on a batch basis.- Assist with payment runs in PeopleSoft for vendor invoices as needed.- Resolve vendor queries and reconcile vendor statements.- Assist with compiling the list of accruals for the month-end close.- Process employee expense reports (T&E) in Concur per the global expenses policy.- Resolve expense-reports-related issues with employees.- Assist the team lead/finance managers with entity-related information such as GST, payments, tax workings, audits, month-end close, etc.- Become an expert in Concur to support internal business users with invoice questions and training.- Update manuals to document all monthly procedural steps.- Conduct ad hoc reporting, additional projects involving account analysis and research, month end duties, and responses to audit requests.

Job Requirements:
- Some experience in similar companies, preferably in a finance shared service center.-
- Strong organizational and time management skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- The ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
