**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, provide course details, and follow up on leads.
- Handle admission inquiries and ensure smooth enrolment processes.
- Maintain student records, documentation, and daily administrative reports.
- Support counselling staff in organizing schedules, forms, and communication.
- Perform general office administration tasks (stationery, attendance, basic documentation, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth branch operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in similar roles (Freshers with confidence & good communication may apply
- **Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Confident, energetic, and smart personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Residing nearby or easily commutable to Manjalpur
- Prior experience in education industry or telecalling will be an advantage
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
