Key Responsibilities:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards for primary education.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instruction as needed.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Establish and enforce clear rules and routines to manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support and Development**:

- Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Identify and address students' learning needs, including those with special educational needs, and work with support staff as necessary.
- Promote social and emotional development by teaching students how to interact positively with peers and manage their emotions.
- **Parent and Caregiver Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide updates on classroom activities and student achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching practices, educational trends, and curriculum changes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for improving teaching practices.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Keep accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other required documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports on classroom activities and student progress.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in a primary education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively manage a classroom.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
