**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Coordinator
**Location**: Telangana (Manneguda)
**Education**: B.Ed. required
**Salary Range**: ₹25,001 - ₹30,000
**Experience**: 5-10 years

The **Pre-Primary Coordinator** will oversee the pre-primary section, ensuring effective curriculum delivery, managing teachers, and fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Development**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate curricula for pre-primary students.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and meets developmental goals.
- **Teacher Supervision and Support**:

- Manage and guide pre-primary teachers, ensuring effective teaching methods and classroom management.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
- **Student Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Track and evaluate the academic and developmental progress of students.
- Offer feedback and guidance to teachers on student assessments and improvements.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication on student progress and activities.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the pre-primary section, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Maintain records for student progress, attendance, and other documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. degree required.
- 5-10 years of experience in early childhood education or as a coordinator in a pre-primary setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
