**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for senior staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Assist with basic HR tasks including onboarding new employees.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and follow security protocols.
- Provide information and directions as needed to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
**Requirements**:
**For Freshers**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
- Experience in managing office supplies and scheduling.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
