**About the organization-**

**Job Role-**

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Make outbound calls to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs from our database.

*Schedule 3-4 confirmed appointments daily for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure meeting attendance.* Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.

**Requirements-**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / telesales / customer service (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills in *Hindi, Bengali, and basic English*.
- Confidence in speaking with senior business owners and decision-makers.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
