**About the Role**
The position of Marketing and Customer Service Assistant plays a pivotal role in assisting one of our Australian based client with managing and growing the marketing activities as well as customer service assistance. This role will be reporting to the Directors. The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Be first point of contact, answering customer enquiries about medical products sold by the client.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative team to develop marketing and communication materials.
- Draft newsletters, blogs and other external communication materials.
- Create content for social media and manage social media platforms.
- Proactively create newsworthy content for website and SEO activities.
- May need to write contents on product descriptions using medical descriptions.
- Working alongside the core team to deliver outcomes that promotes repeat orders and recommendations of their company.
- Other ad hoc requirements.
**About You**
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Prior experience working with companies in the medical industry - medical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical etc.
- Understanding and knowledge about medical products are highly desirable.
- Educational experience in Marketing or Administration background.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Proven skills in project management, social media, stakeholder management.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
