**Roles & Responsibilities (2-3 Years Experience)Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.

**2. SEO & Website Management**
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for better performance.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.

**4. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)**
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage campaign budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze ROI and performance data to improve results.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for digital creatives, blogs, and videos.
- Create landing pages and lead generation funnels.

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital performance metrics.
- Suggest data-driven improvements and optimization strategies.

**7. Collaboration & Branding**
- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams for consistent brand messaging.
- Support offline marketing activities with digital promotions.
- Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends and tools.

**Key Skills Required**:

- SEO, SEM, and Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing & Management
- Google Analytics / Data Studio
- Canva / Photoshop (basic design)
- Strong analytical and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
