Qualification: BSC FOOD TECHNOLOGY
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food products, ingredients, and supplies meet the specified quality standards, freshness, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, storage facilities, equipment, and workstations to identify any deviations from the established standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality ingredients and products. Conduct periodic audits and evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality standards.
- Provide training sessions to staff members on food safety, quality control procedures, and best practices to enhance their knowledge and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Experience: Minimum 6 months

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
