is looking for a skilled
Quality Control Engineer
to ensure our robotic systems and components meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. The role involves conducting inspections across all production stages, maintaining detailed QC documentation, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have hands-on experience with testing instruments, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with quality systems

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections during production to verify product conformity to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for defects and deviations, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external quality audits.
  • Assist in calibration and maintenance of QC equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing defects.
  • Support the department in establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS)

Skills

  • Proficiency in using measuring and testing instruments (Vernier Caliper, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, etc.)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes (Welding, Soldering, Machining, Painting, PCB Assembly)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical/electronic schematics, and design specifications
  • Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, assemblies, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and motion control units.
  • Experience with QC processes: Incoming Inspection, In-Process Control, and Final Quality Control.
  • Experience in preparing inspection reports, quality documentation, and CAPA reports.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues using effective problem-solving techniques
