We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team If you have a deep appreciation for fine jewelry and a talent for connecting with customers, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our collection of gemstone, antique, and diamond jewelry.
- Offer expert advice on jewelry selection, considering factors like style, occasion, and budget.
- Possess a strong understanding of gemstones, including their properties, quality factors, and origins.
- Demonstrate knowledge of antique jewelry, identifying eras, styles, and craftsmanship.
- Be confident in discussing diamond characteristics (4Cs - carat, cut, clarity, color) and their impact on value.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in jewelry sales with a strong track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of gemstones, antique jewelry, and diamonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for jewelry and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Bonus Points:

- Formal training in gemology (GIA or equivalent).
- Experience with jewelry appraisal.
- Knowledge of different jewelry styles and trends.
- Multilingualism, particularly Hindi and Telugu.
