**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Interaction & Counseling**:

- Guide students and parents about academic programs, courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, and goals to suggest suitable programs.
- **Admission Process Handling**:

- Explain fee structures, scholarships, and payment plans.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of required documents.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:

- Follow up with inquiries, leads, and walk-ins to convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems.
- **Campus Tours & Orientation**:

- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work with academic departments and management to align counseling with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for admissions campaigns.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet admission and enrollment targets as set by the institution.
- Support in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly admission goals.
- **Market Research & Promotion**:

- Stay updated with competitor institutions and industry trends.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide career guidance and resolve admission-related queries.
- Build trustful relationships with students and parents.
