**JD of Architectural Draughtsman**
- Lead the design co-ordination team and interact with the design architect, structural engineers, local body architect and other consultant to achieve the desired results.
- Analyses and discuss the architectural structural & Services drawing prepared by the consultant & optimize the drawings to achieve maximum efficiency if necessary, you will be requiring to make changes/ revise drawings.
- Preparing & revising architectural drawings as per discussion with the directors & need of Project.
- Assists in the design planning stage by preparing studies, layouts, and preliminary work in Connection with the architectural requirement of the projects.
- Prepare good for construction (GFC) drawings to be issued to the site for construction works.
- Visiting site to check quality of workmanship/ correctness in accordance to the issued drawings and instruct changes where necessary.
- Co-ordinating with the project / Construction managers to review site progress.
- Approving contractors’ bills (To check % of complete work and quality of the work billed).

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Fluent with the use of AutoCAD.
- Well versed with the local norms with architecture.
- Fluent in making design presentations.
- Knowledge/ Basic use of Excel.
- Have good mathematical skill.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
