**Job description**:
**We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Lawyer to join our real estate legal team. As a Junior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal assistance and support in various aspects of real estate transactions and matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our dynamic legal practice.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.**:

- **Assist senior lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.**:

- **Coordinate due diligence processes for real estate transactions, including title searches, property inspections, and environmental assessments.**:

- **Assist in the preparation and filing of real estate documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.**:

- **Communicate and liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.**:

- **Provide the exact legal advice and guidance to the clients on real estate matters, including property rights, zoning issues and the client's advocate enquiry.**:

- **Assist with the bank approvals of the projects with all the banks.**:

- **Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.**:

- **Maintain organized and accurate legal files and documentation.**:

- **Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervising attorneys.**:

- **To also keep the RERA website updated from the project inception to the quarterly updates**

**Qualifications**:

- **Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.**:

- **Admission to the state bar association and eligibility to practice law in the jurisdiction where the firm operates.**:

- **Strong academic record and analytical skills.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**:

- **Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.**:

- **Prior experience or coursework in real estate law is preferred but not required.**:

- **Proficiency in legal research tools and software.**:

- **Professional demeanor and commitment to upholding ethical standards.**:

- **Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.**
