**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and ordering of diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, incorporating medical interventions, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures, wound care, and other medical procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and communicating updates to the healthcare team.
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote better health outcomes.
- Participate in medical rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings to contribute to patient care plans and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow, timely administration of medications, and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Stay current with medical advancements, best practices, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a compassionate and respectful healthcare environment.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for UG qualification) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PG qualification) from an accredited program.
- Valid state license or certification as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong clinical acumen and the ability to make informed decisions based on patient assessments and diagnostic results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Strong ethical values and adherence to patient confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹15,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
