**Job Title : Chief Financial Officer ( CFO )**

**Location : Mumbai Reports to : MD**

**Job Specification & Experience**: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and strategic financial decision-making.

CA, inter CA, experienced bachelor’s degree in Finance and accounting, Age: Preferred age group 35 to 45 years Compensation: CTC: Mid/Senior level (18-20 LPA + incentives)

Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Skilled in negotiating with external partners and presenting financial reports to nonfinancial stakeholders. o Knowledge of SAP would be preferred.

**Job Description:

1. Check all monthly payments to vendors.

2. Ensure amounts due from customers are received OTIF.

3. Follow up for recoveries either by self or by business team.

4. Check all bills before acceptance or payments.

5. Ensure expenses as per budget.

6. Review budgets on quarterly - project basis.

7. Manage procurement process and ensure we get best rates through reverse auctions.

8. Check and verify all employee reimbursements.

9. Ensure salaries paid to employees are correct.

10. Manage all taxation matters for the company including scrutiny appearances for ITAX, GST etc.

11. Liason with banks for fund raising and availing loans / WC limits etc.

12. Carry out expense reduction activities.

13. Vendor management

14. Lead the budgeting process. Monthly - Quarterly - Annual budgeting.

15. Payment authorization process.

16. Collateral for finances.

17. Monitor cash flow and capital expenditure, ensuring efficiency.

18. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
