**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records of sales orders.
- Coordinate the sales process from order entry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, sales pipeline, and order details.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for sales management.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of products for timely shipment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with promotional campaigns and product launches.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in BE - ECE, EEE, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role in a sales environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
