**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage dispatch duties and ensure timely deliveries to customers
- Maintain tracking IDs for various courier services
- Handle data entry tasks across multiple platforms
- Assist with MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ensure efficient team collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment
- Adapt to changing tasks and deadlines, remaining calm under pressure
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good computer skills with an understanding of operating systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for administrative work and delivering results
- A positive attitude, with a focus on achieving goals
