**Project**:This is a high-end residential development project in New Delhi.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Working alongside the Mace planners in developing construction strategies and sequences.
- Acting as the main technical adviser on construction sites for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
- Implementing the pre-construction studies through the design and construction phases of projects.
- Assisting in managing and delivery of the project.
- Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
- Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project's progress.
- Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing reports as and when required.
- Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

**About you**

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have experience as a civil supervisor including high-end private bungalows. You have experience in Lutyen's Delhi (preferable).

You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
