**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all construction activities at the site to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress, workforce productivity, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and company policies.
- Inspect construction materials, work methods, and structural integrity to maintain quality control.
- Report site progress, challenges, and recommendations to project managers and senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, material consumption, and work schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to minimize hazards.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and site management techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
