**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Telesales Executive** to join our team. As a key member of our outreach and sales team, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to inform them about our career counseling services. Using provided scripts, you will engage customers, address their questions, and help them understand how our services can meet their needs.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers to provide information about career counseling services using prepared scripts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and company details in a clear and professional manner.
- Ask targeted questions to understand customer requirements and work towards closing sales.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer grievances and work to resolve issues, ensuring a positive company reputation.
- Exceed sales quotas by going the extra mile to support customers and facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and useful customer insights.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**: English & Kannada (mandatory) + fluency in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is preferred
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Psychology preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain services clearly to prospective clients.
- Cool-tempered, patient, and able to handle rejection with ease.
- Ability to learn and retain service-related information to explain it confidently to customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
