**Qualifications & Skills**
- Communication skills
- The ability to think critically and methodically
- The ability to pay attention to detail, control costs, and use analytics software.
- The ability to create content, which involves research, creation, and analysis of content performance.
- The ability to adapt to new digital channels that emerge and include them in a brand's marketing strategy.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Experience with graphic design, web design, or coding
- Initiative: The ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts to ensure consistent brand presence.
- **SEO and Website Analytics**:

- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Help manage social media accounts by creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Assist in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- **Market Research and Trends**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies & industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
